SHE Congress

Women change — the world changes. The SHE Congress, held on May 22, 2025, became a vivid embodiment of this philosophy. Aiming to strengthen the role of women in economic, social, and creative spheres, this grand event once again brought together hundreds of inspiring women.

The Congress was attended not only by leading representatives of the public and private sectors, but also by public figures, entrepreneurs, and creative women leaders. The speeches delivered by Member of the Milli Majlis and Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, Professor Hijran Huseynova; Chairman of the Board of KOBIA, Orkhan Mammadov; Executive Director of Azpromo, Yusif Abdullayev; and Executive Partner of RED Communications agency, Co-founder of Edutainment.az, and Head of the “100 Business Women of Azerbaijan” community, Tatyana Mikayilova, were met with great interest. Each of them emphasized the unique role of women in social transformation.

The event was also attended by Saida Musayeva, founder of the “Fortuna Psychology and Coaching Center” and Editor-in-Chief of Fortuna magazine, as well as Jamala Nakhchivani, founder and head of the “Art and Creativity Club”.

The participants emphasized the importance of psychological support in helping women discover their inner strength, recognize their potential, and contribute to society. Special attention was given to the impact of women’s emotional well-being on social welfare. A strong woman is one who is healthy in spirit.

The SHE Congress is not merely a platform for discussion and analysis — it is a space where inspiring experiences, powerful stories, and future plans are shared. Every idea voiced and every step taken here represents progress toward the empowerment of women and the advancement of society.

This event once again proved that a woman is not just a member of society, but its architect. Her thoughts, efforts, creative drive, leadership skills, and compassion are the fundamental building blocks of the future.
