“The Key to Success is Honesty, Uniqueness, and İnner Confidence.””-Dr.Nurlana Miabi

In the world of beauty, every revolution opens a new chapter. And those who write that chapter are pioneering specialists who combine traditional methods with innovative, science-based approaches. Dr. Nurlana Miabi is one of these revolutionary women. She has expanded the boundaries of aesthetic cosmetology by introducing a unique concept that preserves and restores the skin’s natural structure: the “Babyface” method. The core principle of this method is simple yet distinctive — rejuvenation without needles, without Botox, and without damaging the skin.Over the years, Dr. Nurlana has merged her medical and aesthetic expertise to develop non-invasive yet effective skin renewal techniques. With these methods, she has set a new standard in the world of aesthetics — helping women preserve their natural beauty while achieving a healthier and more radiant appearance.

– Dr. Nurlana, you are known as both a graceful and strong woman. Your delicate approach to beauty reflects this balance. What does “beauty” mean to you personally?

– To me, beauty is first and foremost the reflection of happiness on a woman’s face. But this happiness isn’t just about the freshness of the skin or any visible transformation. True beauty lies in the sparkle in a woman’s eyes, the light in her gaze, and her inner energy. It’s a combination of outer appearance and inner harmony.

I always seek beauty in naturalness. That means preserving a woman’s unique features and individual elegance without altering her facial lines — maintaining her own charm and expressiveness is, for me, the highest form of beauty.

– How did your interest in aesthetic cosmetology begin, and where did the idea to create such an innovative method like “Babyface” come from? What experience and message lie behind this procedure?

– I worked for many years in the fields of maxillofacial and ophthalmic surgery, which gave me deep insight into the anatomy of the human face. With that foundation, my transition into cosmetology wasn’t a coincidence — it was driven by my scientific background and the desire to offer something new to women.

Twelve years ago, I laid the foundation for the “Babyface” method. This approach is not just about skincare — it’s a philosophy. It’s about helping women gain confidence even without makeup by preserving their natural beauty.

I don’t believe in accidental success. “Babyface” is the result of many years of experience, scientific research, and collaborations with international experts. While working in prestigious clinics in Iran for 9 years, I had the opportunity to exchange knowledge with dermatologists from Canada. My deep understanding of cream formulations, the synergy of active ingredients, and pharmaceutical science formed the basis of this methodology.

“Babyface” is a unique, proprietary procedure — needle-free, injection-free, device-free, and with no contraindications. It is trademarked under my name and is tailored for different skin types and needs, from ages 14 to 65.

The creams are made entirely from organic ingredients, and results are often visible from the very first session. When women look in the mirror and say, “This is a miracle,” that is the most rewarding outcome of our twelve years of hard work.

For me, it’s not just an aesthetic achievement — it’s about helping women rediscover themselves and look at the world with confidence.

– Creating your own brand requires great courage and vision. What were your main goals and values when building this brand?

– For me, the first and unwavering principle in building a brand is honesty. Especially in relationships with patients, honesty is more important than anything else. This includes not only the interaction during procedures but also transparent pricing, standardized service duration, and a consistent approach to the quality of treatments. The timing, quality, and cost of every procedure I offer are fixed — and this consistency is the foundation of trust.

Over the years in this field, I’ve come to understand that our women are well-educated, tasteful, and discerning. They immediately sense whether someone is a true professional. I’ve earned the trust and admiration of thousands of women who believe in me. I always say: “You can afford to lose money, but never trust.” Because trust is the most difficult value to regain once lost.

My brand is built on this philosophy: trust, transparency, and quality results. By staying loyal to these principles, the “Baby Face” method has been met with great interest and appreciation for twelve years now. Two years ago, we began producing the first line of our products in Italy — the “Baby Face” mono-molecules. These are innovative products with a unique molecular structure designed to penetrate the deep layers of the skin. There is plenty of scientific information about “mono-molecule” available on YouTube for those interested in learning more.

At present, we’ve placed orders to manufacture our products in other countries as well. Hopefully, starting this September, “Baby Face” will reach a broader international audience. My goal is to earn global trust through a brand that supports women’s beauty and health, founded on complete transparency and reliability.

– What problems do women most commonly seek your help with, and what psychological or social reasons lie behind their pursuit of beauty?

– The most common issues are pigmentation (melasma, sunspots, post-pregnancy marks) and enlarged pores. For pigmentation, we offer the highly effective “Whitening Lux” program; and for pores, I’ve developed a unique and unmatched treatment called the “Balancing Formula.” Depending on skin type, we also offer programs like “Grape Paradise,” “Golden Touch,” and treatments for dry or sensitive skin. My most powerful methods are the “Baby Face” and “Baby Face Needling” procedures — the former is an organic cream-based care treatment, while the latter is a lifting technique using needle-based acupuncture.

All these procedures are not only for visual transformation but also for restoring a woman’s psychological strength. Today’s women don’t just want to look beautiful — they want to feel strong, confident, and at ease. Beauty is sometimes hidden in a glance, a posture. My job is to bring out that inner beauty and radiance, to help every woman not only look beautiful but feel beautiful — and most importantly, to make each woman feel more valued.

– Today, the number of aesthetic centers has increased, and both women and young cosmetologists are showing greater interest in this field. What key advice would you give to women choosing such services and to new professionals entering the field?

– My first piece of advice to women is: do not frequently switch between doctors you trust. Each professional has a different approach, and skin that constantly changes hands eventually suffers consequences. The aesthetic center they choose should offer transparency, honesty, stable pricing, a sterile environment, and high-quality service. Products should be opened in front of the client, and the essence of each procedure should be clearly explained.Unfortunately, many women are swayed by flashy advertising or the allure of newly introduced machines without proper thought. But in this field, choices must be made carefully — not based on trends, but on quality and trust. As for young cosmetologists, my advice is: don’t aim to simply repeat the same procedures — instead, strive to stand out with proven, unique approaches. Research your own methods and work with deep, foundational knowledge. Before touching a client’s face, one must fully understand facial anatomy and all potential risks. Even the smallest mistake can leave a lifelong mark if not done correctly. In the beginning, I recommend working for free within your close circle to gain experience, observe results, and only then proceed to public practice. This field requires serious responsibility, and true success is achieved only through knowledge, integrity, and uniqueness.

– Clients who meet you for the first time tend to quickly place strong trust in you. What is the secret behind this trust, and what personal and professional qualities are most essential for success in the aesthetic field?

– The secret to this trust lies primarily in genuinely listening to the person in front of me and being honest. Even at the first meeting, women feel that I only offer what is truly necessary and openly state what I won’t do. I listen to their concerns and try to find real solutions.Trust isn’t built in a day — it’s shaped over years through honest relationships and consistent results.Professional skill alone is not enough. What’s most important is self-confidence, the ability to present oneself properly, and instilling a sense of trust in others. To have a voice in this field, one needs both knowledge and charisma. If a person truly believes in their work and presents it with sincerity, the client feels it immediately and naturally gravitates toward them. In my opinion, the key to success in aesthetics is honesty, uniqueness, and inner confidence.

– What does “success” mean to you, and what is the foundation of your success today?

– To me, success means fully affirming one’s identity — progressing with integrity, professionalism, and foresight in one’s chosen path. Success is not just material for me — it is spiritual fulfillment, doing the work I love with a clear conscience. If I’ve never taken a more financially promising path, it’s because I see my purpose here — in aesthetic cosmetology. The core of my success lies in honest relationships, precise approaches, consistent quality, and building long-term trust.Because I continue on this path with these principles, I truly consider myself successful.

– What event marked the turning point in your life, and how did it influence your path?

– The turning point in my life began when I moved abroad. I was forced to start from scratch — without knowing the language or the culture. However, it was precisely these challenges that played a crucial role in shaping who I am today. I established a center called “Khurshud Banu” and began my professional journey there, soon gaining recognition. Despite the competition, earning the trust of patients proved to me that success doesn’t lie in a diploma — it lies in skill. That experience taught me this: if you are capable and honest, success will find you.

– “Fortuna” symbolizes success. When did Fortuna first smile upon you, and how do you remember that moment?

– For me, Fortuna is not just a fleeting stroke of luck — it’s a lifelong companion. Yes, I’ve faced many difficulties, but I’ve always managed to find an inner strength to overcome them. My greatest success has been the birth of my children — becoming a mother was a defining moment in my life.In my professional life, the moment I returned from abroad and immediately began working at a prestigious clinic in Baku — without any connections or referrals, solely based on my knowledge and experience — that was the true embodiment of Fortuna for me. The trust I gained there and the broad patient base I built gave me the strength to establish my own center.

– With your current experience and perspective, what would you wish for yourself today?

– I’m grateful for everything I’ve achieved so far, but I’ve never had the intention to stop. My wish for myself is to continue walking this path steadily and with purpose. I don’t believe I’m even halfway there yet.My goal is to further develop the “Baby Face” brand and take it to an international level — to introduce it to the world as an Azerbaijani brand. This would not only be a personal success, but a source of pride for my country. I know that over time, energy and momentum may slow down, but I strive to pass on the strength, knowledge, and experience I have today to the future. And years from now, I want my work — the labor of my hands — to speak for itself.
